We know it is important to have dry feet with
our waterproof footwear. Therefore, we offer to
the original purchaser for a period of 1 year
from the date of purchase, a waterproof
guarantee on our designated Waterproof Footwear.
These boots are guaranteed not to leak for one
year from date of purchase, provided they are
maintained according to the conditions stated
below and any boot care instructions provided
with the footwear.
If you are not satisfied with the waterproof
protection, please return the footwear within
the one year time period to the WORX dealer
where the footwear was purchased for a
replacement or refund. No replacement or refund
will be given without the original receipt of
purchase.
WORX accepts no responsibility for, and this
guarantee does not extend to boots that have
been cut, punctured or severely scraped so as to
damage the surface integrity of the leather as
so determined solely by the WORX dealer.
This guarantee is available only to the original
purchaser and is not transferable.
No other written or express guarantees shall
apply. Any implied guarantees shall be effective
for a period not exceeding one year from date of
purchase. This guarantee gives you specific
legal rights and you may also have other rights
that vary from state to state. Some states do
not allow limitations on how long an implied

We stand behind our WORX footwear by offering to
the original purchaser, for a period of 6 months
from the date of purchase, our Sole Wear
Guarantee on our ENDURANCE Arrowhead, ENDURANCE
Diamond and dual density polyester urethane
Crosscut Wedge soles.
If you are not satisfied with the wear of the
sole, please return the footwear within the 6
months time period to the WORX dealer where the
footwear was purchased for a replacement or
refund. No replacement or refund will be given
without the original receipt of purchase.

have been punctured, cut or abused as so
